Mandatory Unboxing Video

Please record a clear, continuous unboxing video while opening your package.

All products undergo quality checks before dispatch. Claims for a damaged, defective or incorrect product will be considered only with an unboxing video.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product.

Returns will not be accepted for:

Colour variations
Change of mind or personal preference
Sale items or gift cards
Used, worn, washed or altered products
Saris with fall & pico, tasselling or other alterations
Minor variations inherent in handmade or handloom products

Handloom Note: Minor variations in weave, texture, thread placement and finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects.

Blouse-piece lengths may also vary depending on the weave. Please check the measurements provided before purchase.

Return Eligibility

The product must be:

Unused, unworn and unwashed
In its original condition and packaging
Returned with tags and labels intact
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Please do not return a product without prior approval. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For an approved return involving a damaged, defective or incorrect product, Sthree Creatives will bear the reasonable return shipping cost or provide return instructions.

For returns accepted as a special exception, shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges as a standard policy.

For an approved return, we may offer a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.

If the product is unavailable, the eligible value will be issued as store credit.

Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds.

For an approved return where a replacement is unavailable, the eligible value will be provided as store creditfor a future purchase.

Shipping charges, duties, taxes, payment gateway fees and currency conversion charges are non-refundable, where applicable.

Colour & Handloom Variations

Colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, screen resolution and device settings. A reasonable variation of approximately 5–10% is not considered a defect.

Minor weaving irregularities, thread variations and differences in texture are characteristic of handloom products and do not qualify for return.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before processing or dispatch, subject to approval by Sthree Creatives.

Once an order has been processed, customised, altered or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Applicable transaction or payment gateway charges may be deducted.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Products

Pre-orders and made-to-order products are non-cancellable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.

Prices may change due to significant fluctuations in raw material, labour or zari costs. Any such revision will be communicated before proceeding with the order.

Force Majeure

Sthree Creatives will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, transport or courier disruptions, power failures, war, civil unrest or similar unforeseen events.

During such circumstances, delivery and processing timelines may be extended. We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed and resume normal operations at the earliest possible time.

Such delays will not, by themselves, constitute grounds for compensation or damages, subject to applicable law.
