Shipping Policy

Domestic

  1. We offer free shipping across India on all orders
  2. We generally dispatch the saris within 2-3 working days. If there is any special service like false and pico, we will dispatch the products within 7-10 working days.
  3. We partner with speed post and others as our courier service for all our domestic shipments. 
  4. The standard shipping timeline does not apply to made-to-order or bespoke products. The estimated delivery period for such items will be shared at the time of purchase, depending on the production requirements.
  5. Tracking details will be shared by email or WhatsApp after dispatch


International


International shipping is currently processed offline. Please connect with us via WhatsApp at +91 75502 92869 for further details.

Delivery Guidelines

  1. Please ensure that you or a trusted individual is available at the delivery address to receive the package. We are not responsible for parcels that are returned or left unattended due to unavailability at the delivery location.
  2. Every product undergoes a quality check and is packed securely in tamper-proof packaging.
  3. Domestic and international delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to transit delays, customs clearance, or accessibility constraints at the destination.
  4. If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept it. Instead: 
    1. Take clear photos of the issue.
    2. Refuse delivery and return it to the courier partner.
  5. Accepting such a package will be considered as confirmation that it was received in good condition.
  6. Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped.
  7. Please check your address, PIN code and contact number carefully before placing your order.
  8. Additional shipping charges arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information will be borne by the customer.

Important Notes


Customers located in remote or non-serviceable areas are encouraged to email their full address and order details to sales@sthreecreatives.com. We will coordinate an alternative delivery option. Additional charges may apply for such locations, and you will be informed in advance.


Taxes & Duties

  1. For domestic shipments, any applicable taxes must be paid by the customer.
  2. For international deliveries, shipments may be subject to customs clearance. Any import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country must be paid by the customer.
